Shipping

  • We ship all orders within 2–3 business days of purchase.
  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping available at checkout.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS/UPS with tracking.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • We currently ship within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, email team@luma-and-company.madethis.app with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: we're happy to exchange for a different size if available — contact us first to check availability.
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
